My brand-new 2026 Tesla was involved in a front-left collision, and I decided to have it repaired at this Tesla Certified Body Shop because of their outstanding reviews. Before bringing my car in, I called and Beth connected me with Noah, who specializes in Tesla repairs. They were both incredibly kind, professional, and informative from the very beginning. I live in Valdosta, and one of my biggest concerns was that I would soon be moving to Arizona. I was worried my car wouldn’t be repaired in time, but they exceeded my expectations. They completed the repairs in less than four weeks, which was even faster than I anticipated. Throughout the entire process, they kept me informed with regular updates, so I always knew exactly what was happening with my car. Their communication and customer service were exceptional. I 100% recommend this shop. They do outstanding work, and I truly take my hat off to the entire team. Thank you so much for making this experience so smooth and stress-free. Had to bring my daughter's car to Gainesville Certified Collision and was a little nervous since I live out of that area. They were fantastic! Abby help us set up everything and was so helpful and personable. Christopher helped arrange the bodywork being done. He was very friendly and explained everything thoroughly. The car was finished in a short period of time and in great condition. Although I hope I don't have a need for a damaged vehicle to be repaired again LOL, I would go to this establishment in a heartbeat!

Gainesville collision awesome company from start to finish. My car looks so good!!! They fixed the front end after I hit a deer and did a great job. They also keep in touch with me on the progress they were making getting my car fixed I highly recommend Gainesville collision thank you so much!!! 5 stars!!!

Best to do it all around A1 service! Ben was amazing he was knowledgeable and caring he helped me navigate a difficult time and eased my mind all the while doing an outstanding job on my car. The staff was friendly. I would definitely recommend GCC!

While driving my car back, from having a portion of the roof replaced, due to a huge black walnut hurdling down, on Plank Road, outside of Charlottesville, I was sideswiped in Ocala! Within a week, thanks to Auto Owners being the company of the other party, and GCC, I had the car in the shop. The office staff, and my repair consultant were remarkable polite and helpful...they certainly eased the tension accompanying any vehicular accident! Peace-of-mind, what a valuable gift from Gainesville Certified Collision, as we near the holidays! Merry Christmas!
